⚡ Scattered files → organised data

Word, Excel, PDF, CSV and photos — together in one folder. RDA Bridge sends files automatically; RDA extracts data from supported documents into a clear draft.

📈 New price list → visible price changes

Stop comparing invoices line by line. RDA compares confirmed supplier prices, keeps their history and highlights which ingredients now cost more or less.

🍽️ Recipe costing → margin insight

Linked ingredients and quantities per portion connect supplier prices to each dish. See changing food costs, the impact on gross margin and a suggested menu price.

ONE INGREDIENT → THREE DISHES

A supplier changes a price. See the impact across your menu.

Chicken rises from 6 to 7 USD/kg. It is not just in Caesar salad: RDA shows the cost change for every confirmed linked recipe. One price change — several dishes that need your attention.

Caesar salad

100 g of chicken per portion

+0.10 USD ingredient cost
Chicken noodle soup

80 g of chicken per portion

+0.08 USD ingredient cost
Chicken sandwich

120 g of chicken per portion

+0.12 USD ingredient cost

With menu prices unchanged, gross margin per portion falls by the same amount. Use quantities from a sales report to see the total impact on these three dishes. Change the scenario in the demo and try your own menu price.

4 steps: documents → price changes → margin → decisions. UAH, USD and EUR examples. All data is fictional; no file uploads required.

NEXT — YOUR OWN BUSINESS

Drop files into your folder. Leave the analysis to RDA.

Less time in spreadsheets. More attention for your business. Connect a folder through RDA Bridge on Windows or Mac and add your documents together — no need to sort them by document type first. Bridge sends the files automatically; RDA extracts the data and prepares it for review and analysis.

Once the required data is confirmed, RDA calculates portion costs, shows how supplier price changes affect gross margin and suggests a menu-price benchmark. View results on your phone or tablet, too. You choose the action — RDA handles the routine work.

Uncertain data needs your confirmation. Financial results require sufficient confirmed data.

Restaurant data automation, explained

How does recipe costing work?

RDA uses confirmed ingredient quantities per portion and linked purchase prices. Napkins and other products not linked to the recipe do not become its ingredients. Missing prices, units or links are flagged for clarification.

Does RDA replace accounting or POS software?

No. RDA organises restaurant data and supports food cost control and ingredient-based gross margin analysis from your documents. It is not a complete accounting, inventory or POS system. Gross margin is not net profit.

Is every document processed without my input?

RDA automates transfer and recognition of supported documents. Uncertain values and ambiguous matches stay in drafts until you confirm them. A recommendation does not automatically change prices in your POS.
