Restaurant Data Auditor

Public offer — Restaurant Data Auditor

1. Provider and subject of the agreement

The Ukrainian individual entrepreneur identified in section 9 (the Provider) offers an agreement for access to the Restaurant Data Auditor (RDA) online service at https://restozia.com/ under the following terms.

The Customer is an adult individual or a duly authorised business representative who accepts this offer and pays for the selected plan. The Service is intended for restaurants, cafés and other HoReCa businesses.

The agreement covers paid access to technical processing of supported documents, data structuring, price history, ingredient costs and gross-margin calculations where the required verified sources are available. This is a digital service, not a physical product. There is no physical delivery.

RDA Bridge is a companion application installed on the Customer’s computer. Once installed and connected to the account, it checks a local folder selected by the Customer and automatically sends new supported files to the Service. Bridge is not a separate accounting system and does not independently access email, cloud storage or a point-of-sale system.

2. Acceptance of the offer

Before payment, the Customer may explore the free interactive demo on the website, see prepared examples of how the Service works, and review this offer, the plan, access period, refund rules and Privacy Policy. No subscription purchase is required for the demo. Acceptance consists of explicit agreement to the offer followed by payment for the selected plan. The Provider retains a record of the accepted terms and payment.

Registration or viewing the free demo does not itself order a paid subscription or authorise recurring charges. The offer materials are provided solely for information. Their copying, reproduction or use for personal or other purposes without the Provider’s written consent is not permitted.

3. Plans and payment

RDA Bridge is included in the commercial plans. The available features, technical requirements and applicable limits are shown before payment. The free demo uses prepared fictional data; it is not a free trial of a commercial plan and does not include the Customer’s own files or Bridge.

Subscriptions are paid exclusively through the Service website using WayForPay, in advance for the selected period. The subscription payment amount and currency are specified in the order and on the payment page. If the currency of the Customer’s account or card differs from the payment currency, conversion and any bank fees apply under the Customer’s bank’s terms. The Provider does not set the bank exchange rate or these fees and does not guarantee the final debit amount in the Customer’s account currency.

Commercial checkout is unavailable until payment acceptance has been activated. Publishing plans does not itself mean a subscription can be purchased.

4. Access to the Service

Paid access is activated automatically in the account used to place the order after the Service receives confirmation of successful payment from WayForPay. The Service checks payment: the Customer does not need to inspect technical messages or perform an additional activation. Subscription status and the access period are shown in the account. For payment or access questions, contact support with the account email and payment identifier.

The Service is provided remotely over the internet. An account, internet connection and an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Microsoft Edge are required. These are recommended browsers; this list does not claim that every version has been tested or that all third-party extensions are supported.

RDA Bridge is intended for Windows 10, Windows 11 and macOS starting with macOS 13 Ventura. This is a minimum macOS requirement, not confirmation that every later version has been tested. Processor and specific-build compatibility requirements are stated on the download page. Bridge requires installation of the appropriate build, connection to the account and access to the selected local folder. Payment-method geographical restrictions and legal restrictions apply regardless of interface language.

5. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Monthly automatic renewal applies only with the Customer’s separate explicit consent to the amount, currency, frequency and next charge date. Accepting this offer does not constitute that separate consent. There are no automatic charges without it.

The Customer may stop the next renewal using the available subscription-management function or by contacting support. Cancellation does not cancel an already paid period: access continues until its end. Cancelling renewal is not a refund request.

Changes to the amount or currency of future charges do not apply without prior notice and appropriate Customer approval. The Provider does not receive or request full card details, CVV, bank passwords or one-time codes.

6. Refunds and payment disputes

Not using properly provided access, changing plans or failing to obtain an expected business result does not itself entitle the Customer to a voluntary refund or a proportional recalculation of the paid period.

A voluntary refund is provided for a verified erroneous duplicate charge for the same plan and period. Only the excess amount is refunded; the original valid payment and corresponding access remain effective.

These terms do not restrict Customer rights or Provider obligations that cannot be excluded by contract under applicable law. This safeguard is not a promise of a plan discount or of voluntary refunds in other cases. Consumer rules apply where the Customer has consumer status under law.

To submit a request, email [email protected], specifying the account email, payment date, amount, currency, payment identifier and reason. Do not send a full card number, CVV or passwords. The Provider checks the payment provider’s records and communicates the outcome.

Where a refund basis is verified, the Provider initiates a refund of the relevant payment through WayForPay. The payment provider processes the refund and the bank credits the funds under their procedures. The Provider does not guarantee a particular bank-crediting time. This offer sets no additional voluntary deadlines for support responses or refunds; mandatory requirements of applicable law remain in force. This offer provides no other methods of voluntary refund.

If a valid payment for a period is fully refunded or definitively reversed, access funded by that payment ends. This does not automatically delete account data. Erroneous, unauthorised or disputed payments may be reported to the Provider, the bank or the payment provider; lawful dispute rights are not restricted.

7. Data, scope and responsibility

The Customer must have the right to submit uploaded data and is responsible for its legality, accuracy and completeness. Recognised prices, units, dates, recipes and yields must be checked before confirmation. Ambiguous matches remain subject to review; missing sources are not replaced with invented financial metrics.

The Service is not a permanent archive of source documents: the Customer keeps their own copies. Data processing is described in the separate Privacy Policy. Customer data remains with the Customer or its lawful rights holders; payment does not transfer rights to the Service’s code or other intellectual property.

RDA does not provide a professional audit opinion, accounting, tax or legal services and does not guarantee profit. Gross margin is not net profit. The Customer makes management decisions independently.

The Provider maintains the Service and may carry out technical maintenance or restrict access to prevent abuse. No technical-risk disclaimer releases the Provider from obligations or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes and disputes

Updated terms are published on the website. Changes do not shorten already paid access or retrospectively authorise new automatic charges. Material changes are communicated before application; renewed consent is requested where required.

The parties are encouraged to try resolving disputes through support first. This does not remove their right to a competent court or other lawful remedies. Ukrainian law applies without excluding mandatory provisions of other applicable law.

9. Provider details and contacts

Bank details identify the Provider. Direct IBAN transfers are not an available subscription payment method. Subscriptions are paid exclusively through the Service payment flow using WayForPay.
